• Review the plan features
• Click “Select” or “Purchase”
• You will be redirected to the Acuity checkout page

Step 2. Create Your Account

You’ll be prompted to create an Acuity account to manage your membership and bookings.

• Enter your email address
• Set a password
• Fill in your name and contact details
• Verify your email if required

Step 3. Complete Your Payment

Securely purchase your membership plan.

• Review your plan details and price
• Enter your card information
• Confirm billing address
• Click “Complete Payment”

After payment, your membership becomes active instantly.

Step 4. Book a Training Bay

Use your active membership to book a practice bay in real time.

• Select your preferred date
• Choose an available time slot
• Confirm your booking
• Your session credit is automatically applied

Step 5. Manage Your Bookings

Your membership allows flexible control over appointments.

• Check your upcoming reservations
• Reschedule or cancel from email links
• View your full booking history
• Log in anytime to manage everything in one place

Step 6. Check In at the Studio

When you arrive at WinnersGolf:

• Your booking is automatically verified
• On-site display systems or kiosk may assist check-in
• Your membership usage is recorded automatically
